3rd Party Drop Down Menu

Hi,

I'm trying to install a 3rd party drop down menu just directly below my header banner with a .css and .js files.

I was thinking I can embed this drop down menu into ad_header_end template.

I really need some experts' advised in doing it (as I'm a novice in coding).

(1) So, where should I place this .js file in??

(2) Is it correct if I copy all the codes in .css file into this ad_header_end template??
