Im wanting a top thread starter addon,

In a selected section (maybe like post a application) then it counts....

And this may reset every X, Make a recording of the winners in past maybe.
The Winner receives X Casino money. Runners up may get half / quarter of money.

I seen the Top Thread Starter on a Cyb advanced Mod all stats, and just want a weekly one. or maybe daily.

Please, your comments and if somebody does this this would be a brilliant hack, Since its about making new threads to make there forums bigger also rewarding the winner with Casino points.
