Using Authenticated RSS to read PM's?

Does there exist a Mod for 3.6.5 (or any version for that matter) that allows me to read my PM Inbox via my RSS Reader (Mail.app in OSX in my case).

I use a Mod on my forum that requires you to authenticate to use the standard RSS feature of vBulletin so that users can see all posts in forums they are authorized to view via RSS, it works in many (but not all) RSS viewers. Most RSS viewers allow the user to authenticate by entering http://username:password@www.domain.....php?type=RSS2 in their RSS reader. Other RSS readers, such as Mail.app's RSS feature on Mac, will pop up an authentication dialog box to log in. Works beautifully.

I am wondering if anyone has created an authenticated RSS feed like this to view your PM inbox.

I mean, the functionality to download your PM box as an XML file already exists... it shouldn't be hard for a savvy programmer to adapt this a little.
