change user permissions error
 
I recently found that I get database errors anytime I attempt to make usergroup permission changes on all users Here is the error listed below.. Anyone one know what is causing this and how to fix it ?

You have a stray bitfield_*.xml file in your includes/xml directory which you haven't removed when you uninstalled a modification.
