Form for posting reviews. Also alphabetizing threads.
 

I'm looking for a simple way to make forms so when a member clicks on New Thread in a certain forum it goes over to the form and lets them fill it out. When done and the member clicks post it would post the whole form. I would like to have the form so it can be altered. Adding fields or modding them.
The other thing is how do you get the threads in order A to Z?

Theres an 'Extra thread fields' modification that sounds like what your looking for as far as adding/modifying fields for the new thread form on certain forums.

You can order threads by "Thread Title", this orders them alphabetically. (You should be able to set this in the Forum Manager or on the forumdisplay.php page).
