Acronym / Glossary plugin vB 3.7
 
Anyone's got experience with some sort of Acronym plugin for vBulletin 3.7? I've seen this one on another board I visit;

If you hover over ZFX, you get the description of the product.

I would like to install something like it on my own board, but can't seem to find something for it.

searching in the source gives me the page "autolink.php" - putting that into google gives me Geek Autolinker from The vB Geek.
