redstrict "modify progfile" to certains usergroups?

Hello,

Is it possible to prevent a usergroup to access "modify profile" part?
if yes, how can i do that?

I'm sure there is an option to enable/disable permission for editing the profile in the "Edit Usergroup" Page, check it.
