Need help, removed product now site is down

That is the error I am getting.

I tried removing the following

What do you mean by "removed" did you uninstall the product. (Through the Product Manager and select "Uninstall")

well i had that kind of issue before and vb staff told me to use this on /forum/includes/config.php

find <?php

and add this below

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

That will not remove any modification, just disable it as long as that line is in your config.
