How to set forum depth?
 

Ok I think the title my be a bit misleading but its the best decription I can think of..

What I want to do is to have 1 subforum listing without the "new thread" option underneath like on vb.org so it sort of looks like a different forum,

I have created a forum set "Forum is Active" (Will not appear if set to no, but remains accessible if the forum's URL is known) to no and added a link in the navbar

I have been playing with.....
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options

for ages and think this is not the way to go
