Change Username
 
Well, I have 2 questions...
  1. How do I change the setting so that members of certain groups can change there username? Ive looked in the vBulletin Options, but I just can't find it.
  2. Is there a mod that is a points system, and after so many points, they can purchase a new username (change it)

Please help!

There is no option in default vBulletin for a regular member to change his name, this will always need to be done by an administrator.

There might be modifications available that address both your questions.
