How do I monitor user downloads?

Hi there,

Is there a way to monitor user downloads?

I think a competitor has signed up for my forum with the intention of downloading all my videos and using them on his site. However as I do not have any evidence of this I do not want to ban him. Is there any way I can monitor who has downloaded the most attachments?

No, AFAIK, no downloads are logged.
