No Permission Redirect

I'm getting tired of people on my forums not reading the forum titles

I have a subforuim that says "over 18 only, please PM .... for access"

Suffice it to say all that happens is they spam a different section with "why can't i access the lighter side section!!!!!!"

as a joke, I'd like to be able to redirect only those who don't have permission to that subforum to a different site should they click on it without permission.

what would be the best way for this?
