Upload web20 folder to your forums root which was located in upload folder.

Admincp>>styles & templates>>download/upload styles>> Select xml file which was located in dontupload/xml folder than press import.

Open header template and find;

Add you new link codes below the code which was given above.

*How Can I add some text to banner area ?

Open header template find and replace your banner codes or some text;

*How Can I add some text into postbit boxes ?

Open postbit_legacy template find ;

Add your codes below the code which was given above like the example;

*How can I add some links below the footer ?

Open footer template and find codes at the bottom of the template;
Add your codes below the code which was given above.

*Can I change style width?

No you cant. Because it was designed for only one width.

*Can ı change the link colors,border etc ?

Yes you can change all of them at main css section.

great style but the banner is covering "You last visited" and quick links and log out are below
members and new posts.

Tested with ie6 ie7- opera and mozilla and there isnt any problem. Which browser are you using? Can u explain the problem more?
