Show custom page and link in WOL

I got my custom pages to show on the Who's Online page (e.g. Viewing Rules Page) under the "Location" column. Looks similar to how Searching Forums looks on the Who's Online page. I would like to get the URL of that page under it like so:

Viewing Rules Page
Rules Page

With the link linking back to the rules page.

Anyone know how I can achieve this?
