Forum as link
 

I have a forum set as a link to my links directory.

I have seen on some forums, where they use a link in one of the forums, where the number of posts/threads is, it tells you how many people have clicked the link.

I use 3.7.1 is there any way to do this?

You mean the number of views to that forum(link directory in your case)
