Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, i get this error when i try to chmod the folder on my ftp client...I cant even delete it or reupload it...

Problem fixed...I had to call my Hosting Provider and have them set my permissions...Thanx. Be well -
