How to change usergroup colors

Hello.
I would like to know what setting i have to edit to change usergroup settings, for example:
If i look on the "Who's online" Administrators come as red
normal members as white, etc.
Any idea what i have to edit?

go to the admincp => User Usergroups => Edit a user group and the is HTML mark up for each group :)
