Quick Q: Unusual margin/padding around vBulletin--- where is it in CSS?

Hi, I'm trying to extend a web graphic 100% in the header of my template. But, there seems to be a wierd padding/margin around the outer edges. You can see my site I'm working on here: http://www.keysandbeats.com/~keys/forum/ As you can see, the black border is extended to 100% width, yet it stops at a padding. I can't seem to find this in the CSS anywhere!
