Sticky Post Display Order...?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to set the order of sticky threads... without changing the order of regular threads? For sticky threads, I want the oldest to appear first, but for regular threads just the opposite.

Even better would be the ability to define the order of sticky threads... any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
