What happened to my user name!!
 

Boys and girls.

When I came back this week to check on mods and such, I got a bit of a surprise.

My user Id is no longer bitbender - it's imported_bitbender.

What is up with that. I've been a memer here since VB 2.x and maybe I missed an email or something, but.... how do I get my username back to being bitbender? My liscences are all current, both at VBull and Phportals (photopost I dropped cause imo, they are jerks)

however today i've got many troubles with this site ...

ps. the America's Team can grab the Bowl this year? :)

i think they got to merge one db with a backup, this is the only reason why it would be...

see, i'm the same user as before... boring, harassing, but compliant to W3C....

Send a request to the administration to remove the imported_ from your username. This was added by ImpEx during the vBT and vB.org merger most likely.

There is already an existing (active) user account called bitbender, seems odd that they are not you, as its the same forum in their user profile.

I think it is me.. I think I got my email addys crossed up betwix the two.

I sent an em to the admins as requested.

Ahh.. the email for PW link reset just came in the the bnitbender ID. That should sort me out nicely

When the previous owner/admin of our forum did our forum move, every single user on our forum had their account duplicated with the prefix imported_. Never did find out why that happened.

same thing here, but with a difference, i hadn't the prefix 'imported_' but i had a user note where was wrote 'imported user' ...
