Banner is not centered when the screen is minimized...

My site is OVACSPORTS.COM
When the window is opened full, the banner looks fine and is centered correctly, but when the screen is minimized, the banner does not minimize with the vbulletin? I dont understand why? Can somebody please assist?

I've viewed your site in Firefox and Opera,,, your forum is aligned to the right,,, but in IE its centered...

I thinks its your css and div thats causing your issue...

Forgive me for my ignorance, I am a coding dummy... it took me weeks to get what i've got so far. How do I fix it?

Its becos you have a Extra Cell on right side of your header where you see Contact Us link..
Make a row below or above banner and put contact us link there. Should fix it. or you can Float it using Div.

i took the "contact me" cell out, and its still doing it.
