Additional Usergroups Title

Hello,

Im using additional usergroups for vip memberships.
I want to show in what additional usergroups a user is in the postbit.

So for example:
The users primary usegroup is VIP and the user is a member of 2 additional usergroups called tutorials vip and private vip.

So i want to show in the postbit and memberinfo page the following:

Users additional usergroups
Tutorial VIP
Private VIP

Could any1 tell me how to make this?
