Skins look different on widescreen vs. non-widescreen.

Ok, I re-do all of my skins on a widescreen monitor because that is all I have. I was using a friends computer (he has a regular monitor) and i noticed that none of my background padding and margins are showing. What gives? How can I make the borders appear like they do here: (SEE ATTACHMENTS)

I use a 22 inch widescreen and I'm not following what you are meaning here. Could it be that your friend uses a different browser than you use? My site was set up on a widescreen monitor and I have not had any reports of anything different on a regular monitor.

It's not a browser issue as I have tried the same browsers on 3 other computer NOT using a wide-screen monitor.

This is an example of what it looks like on a non wide-screen and yes it's the same skin as in the previous pic.

OK, well, I don't see what you are seeing, I guess. Or I'm not understanding what the issue is.

It's pretty easy. On any widescreen monitor the skins look the way they are supposed to. (The first two attachments.)

On a regular monitor they appear stretched out all the way to the sides and the top. (As in the second attachment.)

I know I am not the first person who has ran into this problem and I just want to find out if any skinners here know how to address it.

I can prolly tell you better why its happenin if i actually saw ur header code.
Also your Global width wrapping and padding. Its not really a big problem, but i dnt see anythin defined in CSS. So just check those, n leme knw.. reverse engineering a skin is so NOT a fun.

Look at the styleIDs. You might be looking at the wrong version. :p
