One user has an issue
 

She says that when she clicks on a game it says it's loading, but it never starts working, just stays a black screen.

She says it specifically happened with Bejeweled, but has happened with other games too.

Do you have to have flash player or anything like that installed in order to play the games? Sorry I can't provide a link as it's only this one person that has complained. It works fine for me and everyone else so far.

Yeah you need a flash player. tell her to upgrade to the latest one. see if that helps it.

But I don't think it is that considering that she can play others. however may be a good thing to start off with for checking.
