vb.org Archive - Lost menu drop-down in Thread display

Not really sure what's going on. I'm running vb 3.7.1 PL 1 with the attached skin. Now, it's a derivative of the default skin with just a couple modifications. Now, just recently there were some minor issues which I fixed (missing the header and navbar items). Now the "Thread Tools", "Search this Thread", "Rate Thread", "Display Modes" and other thread drop-down lists aren't working.

By "not working" I mean they're not displaying when I click the link or down arrow button. I can't figure out why. I know it's gotta be a javascript issue, but I never modified any javascript includes or anything like that.

So, any ideas why it's not working?
