Make moderated posts go into private forum?

Our Mods are getting tired of spending so much time moving all the moderated spammage. Is there any way to make files that go to moderation to also automatically move to a private forum? I'm using the Prevent Spam Posts hack

I found this but it's from back in 2002 and no longer works with the code that's in 3.6.x/3.7
