Modification work - where do I get help

I am looking for someone to do some work for me in relation to adding a modification to my forum so it will display the most active threads something like http://elsmar.com/Forums/index.php where you can see "Todays active discussion threads"

I will pay well for this work, is there a section on this forum that deals with such matters, and where can I go to buy this modification for my forum

a good thing is to read the forum titles here... you have multiple needs, there is multiple forums... the MODS tab on top of the page is where you can find existing works.
