Custom your groups title

Im trying to find how to replace my group title by an image.
So i dont know why it doesn't work, when i try to do it in usergroup manager.
but now, it work for me, just import my plugin and that's all.

This plugin alows to use both user custom title and group usertitle.

I think it didnt work, because u didnt run "update rank and titles?" from admin panel
