Reviews welcome for my fitness forum

Been running it since June 2006, before that I ran BodybuildingDungeon.com before selling it to a veteran business/forum owner. I've been struggling every day to keep the forum going. For most of 2007 I was burnt out from running forums, but I feel like I have the energy now.

Any tips,advice,criticism are all welcome. I can handle harsh and negative comments, so please don't hold back. Its the only way I can improve the forum.

Very nice! I've started a fitness community too, catered to mothers though. I am almost interested in trying some bodybuilding though, some people have said I have the body for it. Not sure if that's a compliment though, lol!

OK mate, your header is stunning ... :D also i love your footer ... ;) but i don't like your status icons ... i think that they are too many big ...

however i need 'SOME' training for a good review of your board .. :p so ...
