Integrate - phpFOX & vBulletin - how to

I currently have phpFOX with vBulletin integrated, but it was done by a developer not me.

Is there a tutorial or something somewhere that tells me how to integrate these two programs?

Is there a forum that I can go to and ask questions about these two programs being integrated?

I'm thinking about taking a shot at upgrading them myself and just need to know where to go to get info. before AND after when I break it :)
