Set time between new post if the last post is your own
 
Heya. I need a plugin that lets you set a time for how long the user has to wait until he can post another post if the last post in the thread is owned by himself.
The reason of this mod is to stop bumping.

Yeah, I saw that one before. But it looks like it only stops the author of the thread to bump it. I guess I can mod it tho so the last poster can't bump it.

Edit: I can't figure out how to check if the lastpost in the thread was created by the user who's trying to post. Any ideas?
