Prevent names with 3 numbers in a row?
My forum's been getting a lot of spam lately, and the staff has noticed that almost all of the spammers' usernames have 3 or more numbers in a row.
Is there any way to disallow usernames with 3 or more numbers in a row (without adding all the illegal usernames "001", "002","003", etc.? |
ACP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options.
If you add the numbers 0 to 9 separated with a space like so ( 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) to the list of names not allowed, it will prevent anyone with a number in their name from registering. I don't think it will affect users already registered? |
