Help!! Recovering a template, History not working
Hi! Im implementing a new Style in my forum but I accidentally substituted navbar template with header template. I don't have any backup of my templates I just have SQL and FTP backup. I don't know if I can get the navbar template back form the SQL backup or any sort of trick. Damn the navbar was very customized and I don't want to start over.
BTW: I tried the history but it gets me a very old navbar. Thanks in advace |
Unless you have a recent backup of your database there is no way to restore it. Even if you did it would be a long and tedious process.

Anyway, I think I will be busy a couple of hours. Thanks |
If you have a test site, you could import your database onto there and then get the navbar. Or even just create a new database, import the database to there, and then use something like phpmyadmin to go into the database and grab the navbar.
Or, h*ll, you wanted a new look for your navbar, right? :D |
Well, thanks anyway, I was a little busy but now I am starting to fix this. What I am doing is going in to google's cache and look at the source code of my page, that should give me a prety good idea of where to start.
Thanks!! |
