looking for a topnav bar with login and search

Hello

I am looking for a top nav bar above the header with a login/register to the left and a search box to the right.

When you click on login it the login box apperars in the top menue and when you clik register it takes you straight to register.

See attachet pictures for what i am after.

Is there a hack that can do this?
