Change name of USERCP?

How can I change the title of USERCP to MyFP?

You mean in the navbar? Or everywhere? I believe it is a phrase, so you would search in Phrases for "User CP", find the phrase and edit it to "MyFP". That will make it changed everywhere the phrase is used.
