No Payment Hash Found
 

So since my forum upgrade, my authorize.net subscriptions have been giving me this error when someone pays.

"No Payment Hash Found"

I get the payment, but have to manual update the user in my forum... it's getting annoying..

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Its right after the payment is submitted, immediately the user gets taken to this page: https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

And all it says is "No Payment Hash Found".

I don't know what's going on, any help very much welcome!

Have you tried opening a support ticket?

I haven't... Do I go to vbulletin.com for that?
