How do I downgrade from 3.6.10 to 3.6.8?

There is no supported method of downgrading, the only way to do it would be to restore an old backup of the database prior to the upgrade and then restore the old files. However would result in the loss of any changes/threads/posts/members created after the upgrade.

There should be no real reason do downgrade from 3.6.10 to 3.6.8.
