Recent Wordpress articles in VBulletin?

hey, how can i get VBulletin to call up a category in wordpress and have the articles displayed on top of the page like on this website:

it's a custom modification ...
you will need to create it or hire someone

not sure if one is available but have you checked the MODS section?
