Way too many forums on FORUMHOME and you have a shit load of too many sub forums.

Your off topic category can be condensed down to 2 forums

having a forum just to talk about the arcade system is sorta odd

THeres nothing i hate worse then going to a forum, and seeing a whole dedicated "annoucement" forum instructing me i should start there. How many people do you think are actually going to start there?

The neutral.

Pretty standard looking vBulletin right now rather bland, nothing really jumps out at me when i first visit.

The good.

well take our suggestions into consideration, make some improvements, and we'll go from there :D
