Bookmark location in Dropdown

You know how the Social Bookmarks are at the bottom of the page? I saw a mod for them to be at the top and I did not like it. You know how there is a category for Thread Tool, Search this thread, ect. Is it possible someone make a category called bookmarks and have the bookmarks drop down from it?
