Wanted to go one step further in this following Template EDIT

Hi,
I had this template edit hack installed and used. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=166120

Now i want to go for a plugin to edit the template automatically, I have gone over alot of articles here about hooks, and plugins. Now Can someone guide me which hook should I use to make this edit?
