Yep, I already did that too. It work by making the "What's Going On" box the same size. But it still has that orange background going over the white forum background.

The problem was in the "Forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost" section. I went in and started tweaking things and fix most of the problem. It turn out to be this code "<br />" was out of place.
