I know this is not a place for this please bear with me. I am looking for a software that I can use for website like the one done in the link below:

I would like to know what, where and how I can purchase such software. Thank you in advance for any help

I have already done that and they refused to give me any information.

I tracked down the URL format and stylesheet format to one of their forum topics, and I'd say the site in question just edited things like the copyrights and generator meta code.

I would be careful using that site IMO as who would trust it with their credit card information seeing how its a Nigerian based site and they are already infringing on copyrights. Perhaps send them emails telling them they can make big money if they send you a cashier's check first :D

Just verified, this type of site is illegal unless they have purchased a special license from each movie studio of the movies they are publishing. Judging from their inability to purchase legitimate software for their own site I highly believe that they are illegally distributing movies/content.
