error on acp
 

hello!

I changed host last week and I used impex to import all datas from database... something was going well and something no. I lose all the polls, so now the polls are like normal threads, and some users don't remember their passwords, and they wrote to staff by mail to change their passowords, but if one admin go on ACP to profile of each user it comes the error below:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_unalterable_user() in /home/rvasl/public_html/forum/admincp/user.php on line 909

how to resolve this?

Maybe re-upload the user.php file ?

Other than that, I suggest you ask over @ vBulletin.com in the impex support forum.

Check your includes/config.php file and check this line and make sure each userid is seperated with a comma:

$config['SpecialUsers']['undeletableusers'] = '1,2,3';

Why did you use ImpEx for this?

Make sure all vBulletin files are uploaded. As it seems that the one that contains is_unalterable_user() is not being found.
