Replacing login redirection by ajax, is that possible?

Hello guys,

I have a question. Is there any way to replace that redirection page when you just log in by AJAX? I think there is a website using this http://www.cs-cart.com. Whe we log on that web site, it doesn't show the redirection page so i suppose they are using AJAX or some other stuff.
