is somebody trying to hack my account plz check

what is this i go this error email when i follow the link somebody was trying to activate my admin account.......

what is this ?? somebody is trying to hack my site??

They were trying to activate their account....It seemed like they were activating your account because you were logged into it....

Try disabling your modifications.
