A half of my members didnt received an email from admin
hello i have 10k Members in my forum.
i take dedicated server.and my host let me send to 15k messages / hour. im sending a message for all users via admincp "send email to all users" but some of member didnt received my email, even they use a real email. so what should i do to make my messages can be received by all members. (They real email) |
Could this be to do with, some users may have "recieve emails from admin" turned off, is the people that don't recieve the emails, have the option turned off?

Check your SPF records at the DNS Zone edit panel located inside the WHM CP.
More over, if most of the emails are from @hotmail.com and @yahoo.com they are most likely to be blocked by those companies. Good luck! |

But, don't forget that they can just turn it off again in their User CP and you may piss some members off if you set that to Yes when they deliberately set it to No. |
