Block certain email
 
I know I've seen the place to enter emails but for the life of me cannot remember where.

I have a NA specific site and am trying to get rid of a lot of the spammers from .ru.

Would someone mind refreshing my memory.

admincp --. vbulletin options --> user banning options --> cant miss the big box to put them in.
