Well... I was going to review it, but I don't really want a kiss.

Joking aside, while that skin does match the feel you are probably going for, I think the whole bio mechanical look on websites has played its part. It seems very 2000 - 2002 to me. Reminds me of an old winamp skin. : shrug :

Luckily, for you, the thing only costs $40.00.. so if you end up going to something other than a design that is on steroids, you can do so without losing a large chunk of profit.

What are your plans for the header navigation? Is anyone on your site REALLY going to use the calendar, FAQ, etc? If not, I recommend dumping them and replacing them with something else. Perhaps links to different console forum categories.. or something. I'd also recommend redesigning the header somewhat, and put more focus on navigation.. rather than the HUGE center graphic image that serves no purpose.

Edit: Oh yeah.. put your site name in the header, instead of the vBulletin skin name.
