PREVENT Private Message Spam
 

I'm looking for a custom plugin for latest stable release of vBulletin (3.7+) that will be supported through vB upgrades.

I want a plugin that detects and stops private messages that contain links to sites that are blacklisted OR sites that ARE NOT on the whitelist - obviously I will have full control over the features and settings of the plugin including the sites/urls on the blacklist and/or whitelist.

Budget is negotiable, but relatively low.
This would be a great plugin though to contribute to the open source community for vB if possible *hint hint*.
